Frank Creations offers a series of Masterclasses covering a variety of subjects such as the origins of diplomacy, human rights, children’s rights and gender equality, the basics of etiquette protocol, security abroad and the role it plays for diplomatic missions. The Masterclasses are given by Boy Frank, a former Diplomat with more than 30 years of experience in the field and are recognised by the Brussels Diplomatic
Academy. Lasting 30 minutes to 1h30 hours, they additionally come with an official certificate upon completion. A valuable addition to your CV!

Frank Creations is mainly made up of students who, together with the NGO’s founder Boy Frank, run the organisation. They contribute to the platform by helping to maintain the website and social media accounts, conducting research on specific topics, writing articles, interviewing ambassadors, and organising events mostly held at the International Press Centre Nieuwspoort in The Hague. In return for their help and hard work, students are provided with guidance regarding their professional development, as well as with credentials valuable for their future career. Students that have been especially faithful and hard-working are further rewarded with a letter of recommendation signed by Boy Frank himself.


Depending on your position, tasks can include:

  • Conducting research,

  • Writing articles with the aim of raising awareness,

  • Interviewing Ambassadors and other personas from Boy Frank's network,

  • Proof-reading articles and fact-checking,

  • Creating content,

  • Maintaining social media accounts,

  • Organising events.


Frank Creations offers the possibility to complete an internship. These include those conducted at a distance (with 75% of the internship work conducted at home and 25% conducted once a week at the International Press Centre Nieuwspoort in The Hague), as well as those conducted in-person. Undertaking an internship with Frank Creations comes with many perks, including (but not limited to) visits to embassies and immersion in the diplomatic environment.

Depending on the internship, tasks can include: 

  • Conducting research,

  • Interviewing Ambassadors and other personas from Boy Frank’s network,

  • Participating in oral video presentations,

  • Administrative work,

  • Writing and editing articles and reports,

  • Coming into contact with embassies, universities, international organisations, international clubs, etc.,
